Gas Fireplace Repair in Thousand Oaks: Written Report, Licensed Technicians

The written report included before-and-after camera images of the flue interior, millivolt readings on the old and new thermopile, and a gas pressure test at the valve. We delivered it to the seller's agent the same afternoon. Escrow closed on schedule.
