A unit turns over. Check the fireplace too.
Plan a turnover
The form asks for the address and how many hearths you manage.
Why turnover is a good time
The gap between tenants is when you want to know the fireplace is in good order before a new family starts using it.
Send a short note on which units are empty and which still have someone living there.
One trip, many fireplaces
If you manage several units, we do not come back unit by unit. Every fireplace is inspected in one visit. Send a list of addresses or unit numbers, tell us who can open each, and we will map the day.
- List of units and fireplace types
- Access plan for each
- One report with each fireplace named
How the price works
Each fireplace is charged at either the Level 1 or Level 2 figure. Take that figure and multiply by the fireplaces you have.
Level 2 means the camera plus visits to the attic, the crawlspace and the roof. NFPA 211 recommends it when a house sells, when the flue has burned, after a quake, or when the fuel is switched.
Close to home
We work from Fillmore. We also serve landlords and boards in Santa Paula, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Ojai and Ventura.
Price for each fireplace
Every figure is for a single fireplace.
- Level 1 look
- $56
- Video Level 2
- $400
- Brush and vacuum sweep
- from $225
Multiply by how many you have. Any repair gets its own quote after the visit.
Landlord and manager questions
Can you work between tenants?
Yes. Tell us which units are empty. If you manage several rentals, one visit takes in every fireplace on your list.
Do you give one building price?
No. We price per fireplace, and you multiply by your count.
How do I match the report to each unit?
The report names each fireplace and ties photos to it.
