In Alhambra we mostly see brick stacks on 1920s to 1940s houses, later infill, and plenty of rental buildings.
Weather and Season
Sun and big daily swings work at the mortar through summer, then the November to April rain finds any gap. Wood fires are also barred whenever a winter no-burn alert is called, so a gas conversion question is fair to ask us.
Same Drive
San Marino, Temple City, Emery Park sit on the same stretch of road, so a visit there often shares the day with Alhambra.
The Report
You get photos and a plain-language write-up of your Alhambra chimney before any repair is planned.
