The Houses
In San Dimas we mostly see Old Town houses, 1970s tracts, and larger Via Verde homes with some equestrian properties.
Weather and Season
Grand Prix and Padua burned the nearby foothills around La Verne and Claremont in 2003, so a spark screen is sensible here. Heat and wind are hard on caps, and winter moisture gets into crowns. The 1990 Upland quake was felt too.
Same Drive
Via Verde, Charter Oak, Glendora sit on the same stretch of road, so a visit there often shares the day with San Dimas.
The Report
You get photos and a plain-language write-up of your San Dimas chimney before any repair is planned.
