The Houses
In Paramount we mostly see one-story postwar houses, many apartment complexes, and mostly renters.
Weather and Season
Clouds come through on May and June mornings, and the wet months keep masonry damp for long stretches. Frost seldom bothers anyone. With a fault not far to the southwest, it pays to look at old brick.
Same Drive
Rancho Dominguez, Lynwood, Lakewood sit on the same stretch of road, so a visit there often shares the day with Paramount.
The Report
You get photos and a plain-language write-up of your Paramount chimney before any repair is planned.
